A solution that meets legal requirements

HRMAPS dematerialized payslips include the same legal information and have the same legal validity as a paper payslip. Retention of payslips with the HRMAPS solution complies with current legislation, which requires employers to maintain the availability of payslips: for 50 years or until the employee turns 75.

Prior to January 1, 2017, employers had to obtain their employees’ consent to implement electronic pay slips. Since this date and the entry into force of Decree no. 2016-1762 and the Labor Law, the employer can set up the dematerialization of payslips without seeking his employees’ authorization.
However, the latter has the right to object in order to keep their payslip in paper form.
